Vocational (Trades & Drafting) Testing
Trades/Vocational Information Sheet
The Vocational (Trades) Test is designed to ensure that you will be able to succeed in the program you have chosen. The assessment has two components: A math assessment and an English assessment. This testing is not designed to prevent you from attending Kwantlen Polytechnic University rather it is intended to help you start at the appropriate level. If you need to improve your skills in reading, writing or math, upgrading can be done through selected courses through the Faculty of Academic and Career Advancement.
There is a $25 fee for the Vocational Test.
The Math assessment can be rewritten every 4 weeks for a maximum of 3 times
The English assessment can be rewritten every 3 months for a maximum of 3 times
