You may print the 2010 Fall Registration form, fill it in by hand,
and then telephone, fax or mail your registration.
If you are mailing or faxing your registration and using a credit card,
please be sure to sign the form.

How to Register for TALK Courses
By Phone:
Call 604.599.3077 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Thursday. If there is no answer, please leave your name and telephone number. Please have credit card information available.
By Mail:
Mail your completed Application and Registration form to:
Kwantlen Polytechnic University
Attention: TALK Registration

Surrey, BC V3W 2M8
Please enclose a cheque or provide credit card information and sign the form.
By Fax:
Fax the completed Application and Registration form to Kwantlen Polytechnic University at 604.599.3129 at any time. Please provide credit card information on the form and sign it.
By Email:
Please fill in the form, save it to YOUR files and send your email attaching the saved form to your email.
Cancellation
Item 5, Policies & Procedures:
"Members are entitled to a refund of course fees if withdrawal occurs three working days prior to the start of the course, or on or before the closing date for registration should there be one. In accordance with Kwantlen policies, a non-refundable administration fee will be deducted from any valid refund."
