Networked MFD Printers & Copiers
IET and Supply Management, through a centralized budget, provides and supports the approved networked Copiers and Multi-Function Copiers.
These printers have technical support provided by the IET Service Desk and toner provided by the Print Production Centre using the e-Print Service. Staples for MFD's can be ordered through the Print Production Centre using the e-Print Service as well.
NON-Networked MFD Printers & Copiers
Using the phone number on the label on the device, phone the request for repair DIRECTLY to the company. Ensure you have the model number/serial number/reference number at hand when phoning in the service request.Toner is provided by the Print Production Centre using the e-Print Service. Staples for MFD's can be ordered through the Print Production Centre using the e-Print Service as well.
Non-Networked Printers
In cases where a stand-alone printer is required to supplement network printers such printers will need to be funded from departmental budgets. Please note that technical support for these printers is limited to the one year warranty period. Please contact the IET Service Desk at 2116 for further information.
