The following provides an overview and options for sending printed material overseas. The services listed are provided by Canada Post and are therefore coordinated and managed by Mail Services. Option 1
Canada Post – Regulated International Letter Post
Regular service using standard envelopes metered and posted by our mailroom contact Facilities Mailroom for more information.

- 5 to 10 days delivery
Canada Post – International Incentive Letter Post
Bulk discount service using standard envelopes metered and posted by Canada Post's International Incentive Letter-post service contract package and mailing statement to be intiated when required for this service. Contact Sean Kehler in Print Services for more information on the services they can provide in this area.
Option 3Canada Post – International Xpresspost
Prepaid service using Xpresspost Envelope 380 mm X 241 mm, documents only Larger customer envelopes up to 20-30 kg with Xpresspost-International labels possible Canada Post Representative will be contacted by Mail Services if service required.
