Kwantlen Polytechnic University campuses are located in residential areas with limited parking. We encourage the University community to carpool, take transit, ride a bike or walk to Kwantlen.

Pay parking is in effect at all Kwantlen Polytechnic University campuses 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Vehicles are authorized to park in designated parking stalls only. Visitors, students and staff have various options to pay for parking. Please check the website for current options and rates.

Persons with mobility impairment and displaying a valid Disabled Persons’ Parking (SPARC) permit may park in any stall, except “Visitor”. You will NOT need to purchase a parking permit. Abuse of SPARC Permit regulations is covered under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Semester Parking Permits

Semester Unreserved Parking Permit:
Entitles you to park at any campus in any unrestricted parking zone.

Semester Reserved Parking Permit:
Entitles you to park at any campus in the designated reserved parking zone.

Semester Car Pool Permit:
Entitles a registered group of at least two people to park at any campus in the designated reserved parking zone. The two people must arrive at the campus in the vehicle in order to utilize the carpool pass.
