Transition to Post-Secondary
Transition from High School to University Services for Students with Disabilities, in collaboration with school district resource teachers, have developed a checklist to assist students with sensory impairments with making the transition from high school to Kwantlen Polytechnic University. The checklists provide useful information on the application process, deadlines, financial assistance, documentation, course planning and accommodations and pre-registration. It is designed for use by students who are blind or low vision and students who are deaf or hearing impaired, resource teachers and advocates.
