Senate Standing Committee on Academic Appeals

- Provides a forum and a procedure through which a student may appeal an academic decision

Currently Policy L.6 http://www.kwantlen.ca/policies/L-EducationCouncil/L06.pdf governs the process.  Going forward, as the senior academic body, Senate should take a greater involvement in the process.  This evolution will require revisions to Policy L.6 into a senate-based model.
