Kwantlen Science Challenge

Registration is Now Open!

The Kwantlen Science Challenge is a day-long event for teams of Senior (grades 11/12) and Junior (grades 8/9/10) high school students. Each team will consist of five (5) students plus at most two (2) substitutes. We are restricting registration to 30 senior and 30 junior teams, one senior and junior team per school, on a first come, first served basis. All team members must provide a signed photo waiver form to compete. The waiver form is available on the registration page.

The challenges consist of 5 one-hour-long, practical laboratory activities in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering Design, Mathematics, and Physics. The activities are designed to be educational, entertaining, and challenging. In order to prepare for this event, please read carefully the event instructions found on the challenges page.

Come compete with other schools, do some intriguing lab work, and explore Kwantlen’s excellent facilities and post-secondary programs.

The event is free, however you will have to purchase or bring your own lunch. There is a cafeteria on site.
