Special Training Weekend, Nelson, BC, August, 2007

The Second Annual Intensive Nelson Training has finished. Great fun was had by all who attended this wonderful long weekend. Many kiyis were shouted into the glorious open air of the mountains around Nelson, British Columbia. Stories were shared, teaching tips exchanged after each morning of intensive physical workouts. Pictures below.

Also we have a new poster in PDF format. It is a poem called "I got flower today..." about spousal abuse with some current statistics on this issue to complement the poetry.

The Third Annual Training Weekend will be July 29, 30 and 31 in 2008. This will be the three days before the Kaslo Jazz Festival for those who want to combine self defense and great music.
