Jacquelyn Cranney

Jacquelyn Cranney is an Australian Learning and Teaching Council National Teaching Fellow, and chaired the 4th International Conference on Psychology Education in Sydney in 2010. She has served on a number of national committees concerned with the quality of education and training, and has contributed to reviews of the aims of undergraduate psychology education in the U.S. and in Britain. In particular, she contributed to Diane Halpern’s 2010 book “Undergraduate Education in Psychology: A Blueprint for the Future of the Discipline” book. She is currently co-editing (with Dana Dunn) a book which develops further the concepts of “psychological literacy” and the “psychologically literate citizen”.
