Kwantlen Polytechnic University frequently conducts a survey of its students in the fall term. The survey asks students about their:

• demographic profile;
• reasons for attending Kwantlen;
• educational plans and goals;
• registration experiences; and
• experiences enrolling in classes.

Students who leave Kwantlen having completed all or a significant portion of their program are surveyed 10-18 months later as part of the BC College Institute Student Outcomes Survey. The survey is administered each year to former students from 22 public colleges, institutes, and university colleges in BC.

Former students are asked about their employment and educational experiences since leaving Kwantlen and for their evaluations of their experiences at Kwantlen.
