What is my certificate number?
Your certificate number is also referred to as your Banner employee id number. You can locate this number as follows:
On your Manulife Financial script drug card — it is the nine digit number located next to our group policy number (83242). Your Employee ID number is emailed to you every two weeks on payday along with the link to the Employee Self-Service website where you can access your pay information. You must put your certificate number on all benefit claim forms.

Please explain the Medical Services Plan (MSP)
Do not confuse the Medical Services Plan with Extended Health Benefits. The Extended Health benefit is through Manulife Financial while the Medical Services Plan is your basic medical coverage provided by the province. For more information about this service.
