Joint Job Evaluation Committee Terms of Reference
The JJEC is guided by Article 31 in the BCGEU Collective Agreement and the Joint Job Evaluation Plan.Committee representation is determined in Article 31.2. Membership is listed on the JJEC website.
The JJEC web site provides guidelines and templates for Kwantlen employees.
The Committee meets on a monthly basis. Extra meetings are scheduled as necessary.
