Booking Rooms & Events
External Customers :
To book an event at Kwantlen go to our room booking form .
Internal Customers :
Please go to our on-line room booking request
Employee Room Booking Instructions:
- To get started click on "Your Current Room Bookings"
- A pop-up box appears, click on "Create Room Booking"
- Add the following information:
- Specify your purpose
- Add the date & time
- Number of attendees
- Which campus
- Click on button "Search for Available Rooms"
- Search results will indicate available rooms, select from the drop-down box.
- To complete your room reservation, click on "Save" . Once this is complete and your information is received, you will be sent an confirmation email.
Note: Purposeful provision of misinformation will result in a loss of booking privileges
If room cannot be booked, it may be:
- Already booked
- Campus is closed on that day
- The time requested is outside of normal operating hours.

To Cancel your Booking (Internal Customers only):
- Only you can cancel your bookings
- Using the on-line booking to view the campus, room and date of your booking
- Select your booking time (underlined), select "Delete Reservations"
