Booking Rooms & Events

External Customers :

To book an event at Kwantlen go to our room booking form .

Internal Customers :

Please go to our  on-line room booking request

Employee Room Booking Instructions:

  1. To get started click on "Your Current Room Bookings"
  2. A pop-up box appears, click on "Create Room Booking"
  3. Add the following information:
    • Specify your purpose
    • Add the date & time
    • Number of attendees
    • Which campus
  4. Click on button "Search for Available Rooms"
  5. Search results will indicate available rooms, select from the drop-down box.
  6. To complete your room reservation, click on "Save" . Once this is complete and your information is received, you will be sent an confirmation email.

Note: Purposeful provision of misinformation will result in a loss of booking privileges

If room cannot be booked, it may be:

    • Already booked
    • Campus is closed on that day
    • The time requested is outside of normal operating hours.

To Cancel your Booking (Internal Customers only):

    • Only you can cancel your bookings
    • Using the on-line booking to view the campus, room and date of your booking
    • Select your booking time (underlined), select "Delete Reservations"
