Ghana Field School 2012

Spend three weeks in Ghana, Africa as part of the Ghana Field School. Learn and practice the skills of a ​global citizen and become a transformative agent of social change, both at home and abroad! 

Schedule

Classes at Kwantlen: June 21, 22, 23, 25, 26
Departure for Ghana: June 29th
Return to Vancouver: July 22nd

Price

The program fee is $2800 and includes accommodation, most meals, and in-country travel. This fee does not include flight, tuition, vaccinations, visa costs, insurance, and personal expenses.   

Classes Offered

SOCI 4330: Global Community Services (6 credits)
Prerequisites: 45 credits at 1100-level or higher including SOCI 3320 or permission of the instructor.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of application. This deposit will go toward your program fee.
