Application Process
Application process for exchange and CONAHEC students from one of Kwantlen’s Partner Institutions:
Step 1 Apply to go on exchange through your home institution.
Step 2 Once you are officially nominated by your home institution for an exchange at Kwantlen, download and fill out a Kwantlen Incoming Exchange application and Course Approval Sheet.
Step 3 Have the completed form signed by your exchange coordinator and mailed with supporting documents to Kwantlen’s Office of International Students and Scholars by the appropriate deadline. CONAHEC students will need to submit proof of English Language test scores with their application.
Step 4 After receiving your application, Kwantlen will send you an acceptance letter confirming your official acceptance to Kwantlen as an exchange student.
Application process for visiting students:
There is a $120 application fee for all visiting students.
Step 1 Get permission from your institution in letter form to study at Kwantlen for one or two semesters.
Step 2 Download and fill out the Incoming Exchange application and Course Approval Sheet.
Step 3 Mail the completed application form, letter of permission and other supporting documents to the Office of International Students and Scholars by the appropriate deadline.
Step 4 After receiving your application and ensuring that you meet our requirements, Kwantlen will send you an acceptance letter confirming your official acceptance to Kwantlen as a visiting student.

English Language Requirement
If you are an exchange student, your home institution will ensure that you meet the appropriate English requirements for exchange students coming to Kwantlen. If, as an exchange student, you wish to take English courses while at Kwantlen, please supply us with English test scores so that we can place you in the appropriate level.
