Direct Link to Kwantlen Job Postings System
New Employers:
- Click on the direct link above to access the Kwantlen Job Postings System.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Employer Registration button.
- Fill out and submit the Employer Registration form. Your registration will be pre-approved within 1 to 2 business days.
- After pre-approval, you will receive an email with your username and password that you may use to log in to the Kwantlen Job Postings System.
- Create and save your job as a "draft" then make the job posting active (please refer to the instructions below). When your job posting is active, our Finance Department will mail you an invoice to your billing address. The fee is $30 plus HST per job posting ($15 plus HST per job posting for non-profit organizations). The fee will allow you to post each job for a maximum of 30 days and will allow you access to students' resumes for 30 days from the date of your most recent posting.
Making Your Posting Active (for registered employers who created a posting):
Note: Ensure that your posting is not in draft mode. Please follow the instructions below to make your posting active.
- Click on the direct link, at the top of the page, to access the Kwantlen Job Postings System if not already logged in.
- Click on My Postings in the left-hand menu. Click on the "yellow doc" symbol under the Submit column corresponding to the posting that you want to make active.
- A dialogue box will appear. Click OK to agree to make the posting active.
- The "yellow doc" symbol in the Submit column will be replaced by a dash.
- If you would like to confirm that your posting is online, click on Job Postings in the left-hand menu. All postings are listed with the most recent postings first.
