Payment

Payment is due upon registration. You will receive an online confirmation and your official invoice will be mailed to you. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express upon receipt of your invoice.

Parking

Please note that parking at Kwantlen is limited and not guaranteed. To ensure parking, please make efforts to arrive early and/or carpool. A maximum of two parking passes per exhibitor will be provided in the exhibitor package which will be mailed to you.

Booth Details

 Please note that exhibitor's requests for specific booths are taken into consideration, however changes may be necessary for efficient operation of the fair.

  • Each organization registered will be given one white skirted table (6') and two chairs.
  • Exhibitors who have ordered electricity ($25) must have extension cords on hand.
  • Limited tables with electricity will be available.

Food

  • Continental Breakfast will be held during registration
  • Lunch will be served to registered exhibitors

Shipping & Receiving

Shipping expenses and other services are not included in the Kwantlen Career Day 2012 exhibitor package, and are the sole responsibility of exhibitors. When shipping items, please address them to:

Please ship all items no more than one week prior to the event. All items must arrive 24 hours prior to the event. We also request that prior to shipping, exhibitors provide us with a small description of what is coming (i.e. one box). All incoming mail items must be pre-paid and all outgoing mail items will be sent C.O.D.
