Gena Armstrong is a regional vice-president for Robert Half International (RHI), the worldwide leader in professional staffing and consulting services. Her area of responsibility currently includes managing the daily operations of three company locations in Vancouver, Burnaby/Richmond and the Fraser Valley.

Gena has spent more than 10 years of her professional life in the recruitment industry and has experienced all phases of the job market cycle first-hand. She is thoroughly familiar with the staffing skills that are currently in demand and is an expert on the employment trends within the accounting, information technology and administrative fields. Under Gena’s direction, RHI has achieved great success in establishing itself as a leading provider of highly skilled professionals. In addition, Gena has often shared her perspectives on workplace issues and hiring trends at professional association conferences and events.
