Return Policy
A 10% re-stocking fee applies to ALL book returns — Texts must be in their original condition, CDs and diskettes must remain in sealed envelopes with the returned texts.
A sales receipt is required — Deadline is 10 days from the start of classes.
The refund deadline for text books is Monday, Jan 21, 2008 for the spring semester.
Please buy only the books you know you need according to your customized booklist — if uncertain, wait until you know for sure. Do not buy books "on spec".
