Call for Submissions
Volume 6, Number 1
Guest Editor, Nancy Chick, PhD (Associate Professor of
English at the University of Wisconsin-Barron County and co-director of
the University of Wisconsin System’s Wisconsin Teaching Fellows and
Scholars Program) will
join us for this issue as we look at research and scholarly commentary
on "the forms of instruction that leap to mind when we first think about
the prepraration of members of particular professions" (Shulman, 2005,
Daedalus, Vol 134, No. 3).TD invites
all those involved in SoTL scholarship with a focus on specific
professions to write about their experience and
share with their colleagues.
Submission Deadline: April 1, 2012 — Publication: July, 2012
Open Issue on all scholarship and dialogue about teaching and learning. Volume 6, Number 2
Submission Deadline: September 1, 2012 — Publication: November, 2012
- Scholarly Articles (2,000 to 8,000 words)
- Community Service Projects (2,000 to 8,000 words)
- Images and other (new) media
- Personal Reflections (500 to 1,500 words)
- Diverse submissions such as presentations, poetry, interviews, videos, etc.
All submissions must be received as an unformatted text document attached to an email to td@kwantlen.ca.
